Summer DI Volleyball Experience
The Strength U DI Volleyball Experience is a one of a kind opportunity for Volleyball Athletes entering grades 8-12 who have a STRONG DESIRE to compete at the highest possible level of Collegiate Volleyball (Current College players who are in the area for the Summer are strongly encouraged to join us as well). Because of this we ask those new to Strength U to have a parent or coach briefly explain why this program interests you.
Monday, June 4 – Friday, August 11
10 weeks with 2 packages to choose from. Each takes vacation and camps into consideration, and is based off 2 or 3 sessions per week for 7 weeks. However, the 22 session package is UNLIMITED, and those registered for it can attend three sessions per week for the 9.5 weeks we will be open!
Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays
7:00-8:25am, 8:30-9:55 and 1:00-2:25pm
Duration: 80-90 min

*Limited to 12 athletes, must be a HS Soph or older. Priority will be given to those enrolling in three sessions per week.
Tues. Sep. 5 – Thurs. Nov. 2, 2017 (9 weeks)
When: Monday 6:30-7:50pm and Tuesday & Thursday 6:00-7:20pm
What: 1 hour and 20 minutes of instruction in muscle activation and core/glute/hip/shoulder stability and all forms of injury prevention, acceleration/deceleration/ change of direction, strength & power and conditioning work, as well as basketball specific footwork and movement patterns with a 15 year NCAA Division I Performance Coach with Women’s Basketball (8 in the Big Ten and SEC). Each session includes a Body Armor Isotonic Beverage (re-hydration)
