The Strength U DI Volleyball Experience is a one of a kind opportunity for Volleyball Athletes entering grades 8-12 who have a STRONG DESIRE to compete at the highest possible level of Collegiate Volleyball (Current College players who are in the area for the Summer are strongly encouraged to join us as well).  Because of this we ask those new to Strength U to have a parent or coach briefly explain why this program interests you.  

When: Monday, June 4 – Friday, August 11
(9 weeks, but cost will be based on 7 weeks due to vacations & holidays. However some may get an extra week of training in at no additional cost)

Time: Mondays-Tuesday -Thursdays at 6:30am-7:55am,  8:00am-9:25am and 1:00pm-2:25pm  *Make Up Session TBD

Duration: 80-90 min

Where: Strength U®, 955 236th St. Suite 1, North Liberty

Cost: 3 sessions per week -PRIORITY – One Installment $589 due June, 4 or Two Installments of $315 due June, 4 and July, 10     2 sessions per week -Limited number of spaces available – One Installment of $399 due June, 4

Strength U Presents the 2017 DI Pre-Season Performance Training Experience for Girls Basketball.  Prepare like a DI athlete by training like one with a 15 year DI coaching veteran.  With former SEC and Big Ten Championship WBB Strength Coach, JC Moreau.

Prepare like a DI athlete to Compete like a DI athlete!

*Limited to 12 athletes, must be a HS Soph or older.  Priority will be given to those enrolling in three sessions per week.

Tues. Sep. 5 – Thurs. Nov. 2, 2017 (9 weeks)

When: Monday 6:30-7:50pm and Tuesday & Thursday 6:00-7:20pm

What: 1 hour and 20 minutes of instruction in muscle activation and core/glute/hip/shoulder stability and all forms of injury prevention, acceleration/deceleration/ change of direction, strength & power and conditioning work, as well as basketball specific footwork and movement patterns with a 15 year NCAA Division I Performance Coach with Women’s Basketball (8 in the Big Ten and SEC).  Each session includes a Body Armor Isotonic Beverage (re-hydration)
