We provide individualized training based on your goals, experience, age, gender and demands of your sport. Programs are created to improve performance by building strength and power, while also identifying and addressing asymmetries, areas of weakness and instability to help decrease the potential for injury. As the most acclaimed and successful sports performance coach in the region and former Iowa Hawkeye and Arkansas Razorback Director of Strength and Conditioning, JC Moreau implements the same methods he used while developing Olympic Gold medalists, the world’s #1 ranked women’s golfer, 1st round NFL draft picks, and countless other professional athletes, collegiate All-Americans and national champions to transform and develop high school and youth athletes.
Strength U provides a rare opportunity for athletes of all ages and skill-levels to be introduced to the exact same level of expertise, preparation, knowledge and professionalism as major division I athletes in a safe, engaging and age-appropriate atmosphere. By training movements for structural balance, postural integrity and your sport, Strength U focuses on creating stronger movement patterns, functional strength and a foundation to support their physical development and the demands they experience in sports.
Strength U Training Programs are available for: collegiate, high school and youth athletes, as well as professional and elite athletes.
Packages include various numbers of sessions and levels of service. Additional training options include Nutrition Plans and Mental Coaching Services as part of an integrated performance program.
